ACE Logistics was founded in Turkey in 1992 as a logistics, warehousing, and consulting operation. Today it is one of the largest bonded warehouse operators in Turkey, with 63,000m² of storage space, 8 depots across 6 countries, and a handling capacity of 565,000 tonnes.
ACE specialises in the globally refined metals market. Its clients are suppliers, traders, and buyers operating at an international level. Aluminium, copper, zinc, lead, steel. Shipments that move across continents and require precision at every stage.
For clients in this sector, credibility is not optional. ACE had built a business that operated at a high standard. The brand and systems needed to match.
ACE Logistics had been operating since 1992. By the time Pixen came on board, the business had grown into one of Turkey's largest bonded warehouse operators, with depots across six countries and a client base operating at an international level.
The website told none of that story. It was outdated, visually inconsistent, and built on a system that could not be edited without bringing in a developer. Every small update required external involvement. For a business moving at the pace ACE operates, that was not sustainable.
Beyond the website, ACE had no digital infrastructure to support its operations or its client relationships. There was no system for internal teams to track shipments, manage warehouse activity, or monitor vehicle movements in real time. There was no client-facing view that gave customers visibility into their own operations. Everything was handled manually or through disconnected tools.
ACE also needed a consistent visual identity it could carry into high-profile industry settings. Conferences, partnerships with international firms, and client-facing materials all required professional creative that did not exist in a coherent form.
The scope was clear. Rebuild the website. Design the operational systems. Establish the brand. Produce the creative. Pixen handled all of it.
Pixen took on the full scope. Brand, website, operations software UI, email, event materials, and print.
The brand identity was sharpened into a consistent, professional system. Logo, typography, colour palette, stationery, and business collateral were all brought into alignment. Every document, every card, every envelope now carries the same visual language.
The website was designed and built to communicate ACE's scale and sector expertise clearly. The structure gives equal weight to logistics and warehousing, with clear service pages built for an international audience.
Pixen designed the UI for ACE's internal operations CRM. The system handles shipment tracking, warehouse management, vehicle loading and unloading, weight records, and stock finance. It runs across desktop and tablet. The interface was built to be fast, readable, and practical for daily operational use.
Email marketing was set up and managed to keep ACE's client base informed and engaged. Template design was built to match the wider brand system.
Pixen also handled the full event collateral for the Istanbul Hedging Conference, a major industry event ACE co-hosted with INTL FCStone at the Four Seasons Bosphorus. Exhibition stand, pull-up banners, invitations, and printed materials were all produced under a single consistent identity.
A company brochure was designed to cover ACE's full service offering, global reach, and key statistics for use in business development and client meetings.
