About the role

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and engaging their target audience through effective social media strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts, scheduling and publishing them across various platforms, and writing blog content. The ideal candidate will have experience in using British English to ensure consistent and authentic communication with our clients' audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging social media posts tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
  • Scheduling and publishing social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Writing blog posts and other written content to support our clients' digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitoring social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to client websites.
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing regular reports to clients on key insights and recommendations.


  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on British English language proficiency.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and storytelling concepts.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience in writing blog posts and other written content for digital marketing purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members in a remote setting.
