About the role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling incoming inquiries, and selling our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional support throughout their web development or digital marketing journey. Additionally, you will be proactive in reaching out to qualified prospects through cold calls to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and promptly responding to client inquiries.
  • Selling our web design and SEO services effectively over the phone.
  • Following up with clients and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Making cold calls to qualified prospects to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Utilising a CRM system to keep detailed records of client interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Collaborating with the graphic designer and web development team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and representing our agency positively at all times.


  • Excellent command of the English language with a clean accent close to British English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a positive communication.
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to sell services effectively over the phone.
  • Resilient and not easily demotivated, with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of the basics of digital marketing and IT literacy.
  • Honest, hardworking, and reliable character with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
